What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Is the Reception open 24 hours?
Yes. Our Reception Team is available 24 hours a day to assist you.
Can I request early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to room availability. If your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to assist. If not, we can keep your luggage safely until your room is ready.
Can I request twin beds to be joined together?
Yes. Our twin beds can be joined together upon request. Please let us know at least 2 hours before your check-in time so our team can prepare the room.
Does the hotel provide airport transfers?
Yes. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. Please contact our Reception Team in advance and provide your flight details.
Can I request an extra sofa bed?
Yes. An extra sofa bed can be arranged for all room types except Signature Studio and Signature Studio Private Garden. Additional charges apply. Please contact our Reception Team in advance to check availability and arrange the setup.
Does Aviator Hotel Bali have parking?
We provide parking for motorcycles. Unfortunately, we do not have parking space for cars.
Where is Aviator Hotel Bali located?
Aviator Hotel Bali is located in the center of Canggu, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and nearby attractions.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. We have an outdoor swimming pool available for hotel guests.
Can I get a better rate by booking directly with the hotel?
Yes. Direct bookings through our official website or directly with the hotel may offer better rates than booking through OTA platforms.
Are children allowed to stay at the hotel?
Yes. Children are welcome to stay at Aviator Hotel Bali. Please check the room occupancy and conditions when making your reservation.
